We are excited to know that Microsoft has brought Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit version 2.0 out of beta and is making the first release candidate available. The toolkit was previously known as CNTK, an open source deep learning toolkit on GitHub. It is used to speed up advances in artificial intelligence available to a broader group of developers.
