Where to start on defining a RPA (Robotic Process Automation) operating model

 

What is Robotic Process Automation?

 

More companies are adopting a recent and emerging technology practice called Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which helps in reducing costs by streamlining enterprise operations. Such a “blueprint” dictates what processes will be automated, to which employees RPA responsibilities should be assigned, how the software will be integrated into the IT landscape, and more.

There are some key steps:

  2. Determine the level and structure of operational accountability
  3. Ensure strong governance procedures
  4. Define key operational processes
  5. Track KPIs
