We can’t be more excited to announce that we have been certified yet again, 3rd year in a row for 2022- 23 as a Great Place to Work after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

Work-from-home Opportunity
Incepta Solutions provides work-from-home opportunities and flexible working hours for all employees. We believe that a strong work-life balance for all employees helps us maintain a high level of productivity while still enjoying quality time with family and friends. As a result, we have established a high-performance team of professionals that are passionate about the work they do.

Home Office Incentive Plan
We also provide each innovator a home office incentive which includes $750 towards their home office purchases. The intention of the allowance is to make your home working environment conducive to safe & productive work.

Personal Health Days
In addition, we are advocates for the healthy mental health of employees to help them grow. We understand life happens and everyone needs a break, so if our innovators feel overwhelmed, stressed, have trouble focusing or concentrating on work or at home, are more irritable, or even wish to spend time with their family, they have 6 personal days a year to avail besides the vacations policy.

What can be a better birthday gift than a paid day off? We understand that and wish our Innovators to spend their birthdays dedicated to their interests and love.

Employee Wellness
We treat our employees as a big Incepta Family and organize fun-filled events like a trip to ‘Escape Room’ during Halloween, team competitions, and raffles during Christmas, Zumba and Salsa dance sessions during Spring, and outdoor activities during Summer so that employees can relax and connect with each other.
